Liking the Canon M50. Lens question

I’m liking the Canon M50 and purchase it. Will my old T3 and T5 rebel lenses fit the M50? I’ll be taking some travel video, portraits and maybe some sports photos. Pros/Cons?

Not directly.  the M-series uses EF-M lenses.  Your Rebel camera lenses would be EF-S or EF.

There is an adaptor though that Canon makes.  Here's a link (though to a refurbished version) on Canon's Store.

I don’t see a link. On mobile

Tap on Canon's Store in my above message.  It's hyperlinked.

IMHO, it is money better spent on buying lenses that are designed for your M50.  The adapter is not cheap!  And, it is just an adapter which means you need to carry and additional lens and switch it out when you change lenses.

EOS 1DX and 1D Mk IV and less lenses then before!
