Hello! Just bought myself a wireless microphone system. Two separate tiny microphones. I really like to use them for stereo recordings, but is it possible?

You can record sound with the built-in stereo microphone or an external stereo microphone. You can also freely adjust the sound-recording level. : Sound recording] to set sound recording functions. Sounds from Wi-Fi operations may be captured with built-in or external microphones.

How the wireless microphone system connects to anything?

The way I have seen it working is by connecting a wireless microphone receiver to your camera microphone input.

Here is that setup explained:

In the camera you should swith the sound configuration to manual.

In this other video, around the 5-minute mark, there's a cool demonstration of a wireless stereo microphone connected to an R6."
