Canon rebel t5i lines on image

I am getting lines on 5 of every 10 images captured from the camera. Also, the location of lines on the image is not fixed. Please help!

Try replacing your memory card, if that doesn't work then it looks like a sensor or PCB problem.

First buy a new SD card.  Get a good high quality one.  Second, how are you getting them on the computer?  Do they display the odd 'line' on the LCD screen on the camera?

I tried the memory card thing, the issue persists. 

I remove card from the camera and insert in the laptop to transfer photos. 

yes, I see these lines on the camera LCD as well
