Canon rebel t5i lines on image

I am getting lines on 5 of every 10 images captured from the camera. Also, the location of lines on the image is not fixed. Please help!

I tried the memory card thing, the issue persists. I remove card from the camera and insert in the laptop to transfer photos. yes, I see these lines on the camera LCD as well
