Hi everyone,
I am planning a photography's presentation on zoom and would like to connect my camera with laptop and share my live view to explain exposure triangle.
I tried with Canon utility but this need to connect with WiFi which means I can't do zoom at same time.
What is the best way to achieve this?
Thank you in advance!

There are two options
1. Use a usb cable to connect camera to laptop. This is because EOS utility can work over usb or wifi.
2. If your laptop is connected to a wifi network to connect to the internet for zoom, then connect the camera to the same network and you can use both EOS utility and zoom at the same time as all devices are on the same network.

I realise my initial reply might not have covered all the potential avenues for this question.
In my reply I assumed - dangerously - that you wanted to connect the camera to the computer and use EOS Utility to bring up the Live View window on the computer screen, then share your computer screen over Zoom. If that is the case then my original suggestion will suit.
If however you want to bring the HDMI output of the camera in to Zoom then you need some other solutions.
You can get inexpensive HDMI capture devices that connect to your computer USB port and the camera connects with HDMI cable to the capture device. The capture device appears as another "video / webcam" input in Zoom that you can choose instead of your usual webcam.
A more complex, expensive and elegant option is to use an HDMI switcher and another camera. I use a Blackmagic Design ATEM Mini Pro. It connects to my computer using USB and Zoom will use it as a webcam. Now I connect a second camera to the ATEM using HDMI and that is the one I use for the picture of me. I then would connect the EOS R5 to one of the other inputs on the ATEM Mini Pro, and can use the buttons on the ATEM to determine which input is sent to Zoom. ATEM can also do clever things like picture in picture so you can have small image of you in the corner of the frame and the main part of the image is the camera live view. I personally use this ATEM Mini Pro solution when I deliver training sessions online or in a classroom, and I need to share the camera screen in addition to a live image of me, or a presentation.

Thank you for reply. BalckMagic is good option but that more on streaming and wouldn't like to invest on it. Meanwhile, I will try to connect camera using HDMI but not sure if this is possible or not?

“ I tried with Canon utility but this need to connect with WiFi which means I can't do zoom at same time. “
Just to be clear, you cannot connect the camera with more than one app at a time. This restriction is not something that can be lifted with a firmware update.

I tried to envision doing this with an HDMI capture card and Zoom, but with my camera at least, the HDMI output with info (settings, AF points etc.), turns off the camera screen.
You can make a clean HDMI 4K or Full HD video, but I can't see how you would make a video
of your own camera screen.
With my limited knowledge, the only way I can see to make this work is by using two cameras; one to make the video, and the second to make the changes and you film yourself doing so.

Thank you for your reply but I need my setting in live video.
