Hi All!
I have encountered a resolution issue I can’t figure out. I have a canon EOS6D and my photos shot in RAW and edited in Lightroom are exporting at 240x240p. I have checked my export settings in Lightroom and looked at my camera’s “quality” settings and can’t figure it out. Any suggestions of where I might look? Maybe I clicked a setting without realizing.
thanks!

Are you saying that the image from the camera is 240x240 pixels? Or that the dpi in the exif is set to 240?
If the former, have you tried importing into DPP?

I’m not sure what DPP is. I am uploading directly to Lightroom from my scan disk

DPP is Canon's raw processor.
Can you clarify things by addressing my question? Just where are you seeing "240p"

When I click on image information after exporting to my MacBook file

What specifically is showing up in the More Info section in Finder when doing a "Get Info" (Command-I) upon one of your images?

Sounds like you are just getting the thumbnail. This is definitely a Lightroom issue.

Ok, I’ll look more into that. Thank you!
