I've used Canon Connect in the past with my new R6 however, when trying to use it today it won't reconnect to the camera. I have to admit that it is extremely confusing how to get this to work from the very beginning and I don't remember how I even got it to work prior. Should it be connecting via Bluetooth or WiFi?? My Samsung phone is listed in the app and the phone also shows the camera. However, neither Bluetooth or WiFi connects. WiFi wants me to enter the network password which the phone does not allow me to do and Bluetooth connection just sits connecting and never connects. This should not be this difficult!

Greetings,
Reset the camera's wireless settings. Do not use a nickname. Delete the saved camera profile in the Canon connect app. Start over and re-pair the devices.
