Hello, i have a Canon A1 that wasnt showing any signs of power even with new batteries. I proceeded to open the top of the camera and the black and orange wires that are under the winding lever have come loose with the brass/copper film that they were connected to. The question being can i fix it with aluminum foil and solder, maybe solder the two wires together and have it basically bypassing the switch and everytime i want to turn it off i need to take the battery off or does it not work like that? I have no knowledge of this electronics
Thanks in advance and please forgive my semi botched english.
