Canon 5d Mark III don’t support memory card slot 1

My Canon 5D Mark III only two years old. I used this very carefully. From last few week memory card slot 1 don’t supporting card. I tried with two Sandisk class 10. I also check slot pin with flashlight and it’s clean. What I can do to solve this problem?

Not applicable. Slot 1 is for a CF card.
