Hello,
I have had my Canon 5D Mark II for a while now, and I’ve never had any issues with it, or exposed it to any kind of damage. Suddenly, I turned it on today and the LCD screen is completely black. The camera is on and working perfectly normally, except I cannot use the LCD screen. If I press the live feed button, it is still black. I cannot record video anymore because of it, and I’m not sure what to do. I can’t factory reset it or anything because I can’t access the menu. What should I do?

Welcome.
Sounds like the LCD or connecting cable has failed.
Canon will no longer service that model.
An independent shop might be able to repair.
Keh camera has an Excellent condition body w/battery for $385, so factor that into the repair option.
