Can't sign into Canon USA account for EOS M50 repair

I am unable to sign into the Canon USA website though I do have a account there. I have reset the password at least 10 times literally and it will not let me in. My camera fell today (Canon eos M50) and the screen cracked and I am trying to figure out how much it will cost to have it repaired by Canon. I figure I will have them do all the checkup stuff for it as well but want to know how much each step will cost as it is not and never has been under warranty since I won the camera. Thank you for any help given.

Sorry about your camera. Hopefully you were able to send it in for repair. Grab yourself a peak design, wrist strap, or black rapids wrist strap.

I know you just bought a beautiful lens too.  I don't take my camera out of its bag without a wrist strap or a sports breathe connected to me.  You think it won't happen but it does.  A wrist  strap is the best safety net ever.

Thank you much for the advise, but it was actually on a tripod at the time and just a matter of everything going wrong at once that made it fall over. Me with my back to the camera and my rather ample backside were involved. There is much more that caused it but it is not good for an open forum discussion. Oh uneven ground and a dry box were also involved, the dry box is what the camera struck in just the right way for it to break at the corner even with a top rated lens protector on it. I am glad the new lens was not on it. When not on the tripod the camera is around my neck with a  LensCoat Camera/Binoculars Harness (Elastic Version) though with the new lens I want to find one with less stretch to it as this one is the elastic version. I have looked at the cotton carrier but even thought I have lost close to 200lbs. I fear I will still be to big for one and would rather have one that has to attachment points like this one does. Any suggestions? Oh I have very large wrists and they have both been broken so I have no interest in a wrist strap.
