Camera Connect App - no live view?

Hi all

I recently purchased the wi-fi card for my Canon 5Ds R in order to use live view option on my smartphone but when I connect up and press the live view button on my phone I hear the mirror go up but the screen on my phone is just blank (black).

Is there anything I'm doing wrong? Any help much appreciated.

In order for ourselves and the larger community to assist you we will need to collect some additional information.  

What type of mobile device are you using at the time?  

What is the type of WiFi card you are using?  

Are you attempting to go through the Camera Connect app?
