All I want to do is record what I am seeing through the EVF while I'm in the field, including settings, subject, focus points, etc. I don't want to be tethered to my computer or tablet or phone, so I guess the gear would have to be self contained. I've looked at the Atomos Ninja V and V+, but that seems to be overkill for what I'm wanting. However, if that is what it takes I don't have a problem with the cost.
It would basically be used for clips to go with demos.
