40D Firmware Update 1.1.1

Hi there,

Apparently Canon has scrubbed firmware update files from their websites for products that are no longer supported.  

I am trying to find "eos40d111.exe"

does anyone here have it?

Here is a website that maintains old Canon firmware for Magic Lantern users:     https://pel.hu/eoscard/

Just scroll down to find the camera and firmware you need. Download the ziped file and then run it to extract the "fir" file.

Hello I'm unable to find the update any where and just bought a canon 40d it's firmware is 1.0.3 so quite old. Please can some one email me the update! I'd be extremely grateful! Hopefully someone responds!
