EOS M3 Viewscreen Not Updating

The viewscreen on my Eos M3 has stopped reflecting changes made to Aperture and Shutter Speed in Manual mode.

Any advice on steps to take to remedy the problem?

Ah, too easy - it was the ISO - somehow it was set to Automatic.
This is something that I've noticed with the M3 - it has Gremlins. Every now and then it will just do something weird when unattended.

I've updated the firmware and all that to no avail. I have come to think of it as having a personality.
