amirshaikh,
This is a Canon user's forum, not the official Canon Support site. You should probably contact Canon Support in India. You can find them online.

Just not using your camera for two months will not cause it to fail or be damaged. Do you think every camera that is manufactured is purchased and used within two months?

Greetings,
There is obviously more to this story. Lack of use does not cause your camera to die. My camera occasionally sits unused for 2 to 4 weeks, It always works when I use it again.
You may want to take your camera for a second opinion as Steve recommends. It may not change the outcome but at least you'll have confirmation. We can't speculate what happened, but cameras don't die just because they sit unused.

18,000 USD or rupees? Sitting shouldn't cause any problems. I have heard recommendations to remove the battery if not being used for a time.

That´s about 225 USD dollars, basically most of the repairs centers relative to photography will be charge you around that amount or even higher. Here in US the charges for repair may be even higher. For example to fix a lose Hot Shoe in a R6 you will be charged around $550! And there are not new parts involved!
