I mistakenly registered a lens that I want to return. There is no delete options on my account where my product are registered. Please don't suggest the 800 number. I have called it at least 4 times and can't get to the problem without speaking to someone and they will not give me that option. What is up at Canon? Never had such difficulty in all the years I have used them. I would like to unregister product before returning in case I need something else off the box or lens. Thanks in advance. Nancy
It may be different on the CPS site, but if I select the option to add a product the ability to delete existing products appears.
