Nope. You need EF or EF-S lenses, that is lenses that start with the EF or EF-S designation instead of RF.

Hi OP, the RF 600mm F/11 IS STM is NOT Compatible with your camera. The correct lens for your camera is the EF 600mm F/4L IS III USM. When looking for looking for Canon first party lenses make sure it says "EF" or "EF-S". For your reference I listed compatible and incompatible lens mounts for your camera.
Compatible with your camera lens will mount.
- EF (Work on all DSLR and SLR cameras designed for Full Frame cameras)
- EF-S (Works on APS-C DSLRs Only)
INCOMPATIBLE with your camera lens will not mount.
- RF ( EOS R series Mirrorless Full Frame)
- RF-S ( EOS R series Mirrorless APS-C)
- EF-M ( EOS M Series Mirrorless APS-C Only)

No, it is strictly for the RF mount for mirrorless cameras.

Hi and definitely not! You cannot fit RF lenses to EF or EF-S mount cameras, i.e. DSLRs.
cheers, TREVOR
