Loose part inside EF 24-70mm F2.8L II USM

Hi, can you tell me from what part of the lens Canon EF 24-70mm F2.8L II USM is this plastic part? I find it between the rear glass and aperture unit.

Looks like an eccentric bushing used for adjustments.

I told you, it is an eccentric adjustment, used to make small changes in alignment that are then locked down.
