I recently purchased this kit and was playing with the telescopic lens every picture that I take with that lens has a circle can somebody let me know how to remove the circle from my pictures or from the lens itself I would appreciate it thank you in advance

The best way is to throw it away and get a real telephoto lens.
Other than that, you have vignetting and need to crop it out in post.

Sorry, but the cold hard facts, is you bought a kit full of junk. If it is possible return it. Buy just the camera and kit lens from a good retailer that does not have Amazon associated with it. Or any store that offers a package full of junk like that for that matter. You can add quality accessories separately as your budget allows. They will not be cheap but quality never is and you do get just what you pay for.

I can only agree with my colleague Ernie (@ebiggs1) when he urges you to return this bundle. These kits are often made of cheap, lower-quality stuff and the cameras themselves may not have Canon support as they could be 'grey market' items. You are thus thrown on the integrity and effectiveness of a 3rd-party for warranty support.
If you want a camera, get the basics: a camera and lens. If you can give us a budget and your intentions as to what you want to do with it: subjects and conditions under which you will be shooting - indoor, dim light, outdoor, distant subjects etc. We can give advice that will help you pick the most suitable solution.
