EF 100-400mm f/4.5-5.6 IS II USM Won't Zoom

I have a 100-400mm lens. All of a sudden the lens wont zoom. Manually or auto. It its stuck. It isnt locked! Any  advice welcome! PLEASE HELP!

Why are you saying “rings” plural? There is only one focus ring and one zoom ring. Are you saying both the focus ring AND the zoom ring are stuck and will not move?
