Last week my 24-105L wouldn't work (open or close down) and an error code came out. I took it down to the service center in honolulu and they said it needed an overhaul, and CLA. I got a call today that it has arrived back in honolulu, and was tested and is ready for pick up. My thanks to Canon and their staff for such outstanding customer service-much appreciated. CANON SERVICE CENTER IN HONOLULU NO KA OI!!!
