Bought an new Canon RF 100-500 lens and registered it. Had an issue with in on my Canon R7. Lens was exchanged for a new one by the vendor. How do I update the registration? Do I just delete the lens I returned and register the new one or is there a way to indicate an exchange?

Thanks for joining the conversation, kepAE1! When you go to your MyCanon account and click on the item in question, you have the option to edit the information there or delete it. Just look for the red icons at the upper right of the dialogue box as shown below.
