why can’t I refill the ink in my canon G 3270?

I ended up throwing my canon G3260 away because of the same problem.The ink is the proper ink.

I put the ink bottles exactly they way you are suppose to,but the ink won’t pour into the tanks.What am I missing?Please help.  Thank you.
