why can’t I refill the ink in my canon G 3270?

I ended up throwing my canon G3260 away because of the same problem.The ink is the proper ink.I put the ink bottles exactly they way you are suppose to,but the ink won’t pour into the tanks.What am I missing?Please help. Thank you.
