i downloaded the executable file and ran it - nothing happened. what do i do now?

forget it - i got it

don't think much of your system - why weren't the pdf's more accessible? we spent enough money - surely to God the pdf's could have been included on the installation cd or made available on a website (without downloading an exe file which is always nervewracking when you have a network)

this will be the last canon product we buy - very disappointing - we bought our first BJ-200 22 years ago, and we have used canon ever since
