top of pic prints wrong

HI,

Everytime i print something (doesn't matter what color it is) the tippy top if it prints like white/yellow so the whole thing is a waste. any ideas on how to fix that?

So that the Community can help you better, we need to know exactly which Canon printer model you're using, the operating system is running on your computer (i.e. Windows or Mac OS, and which version thereof), and which apps you're trying to print from. Hi shonie,

Please try a few printhead cleanings.  To do this, hold down the STOP button on your PIXMA MG3620 until the Alarm lamp flashes orange twice, then release it immediately.

After performing 2 or 3 cleanings, please print again.
