printing skipping lines

When printing from Word, my MP600 is skipping lines.  I can print from email.  I had a message about the font and to hit OK, before the problem started, now I can't print from Microsoft Word.  Any suggestions appreciated.

In order to better assist you, allow me to ask a couple questions:

• Which version of Windows or Macintosh are you using?
• Are you connecting with USB or Bluetooth?
• Are you able to make a photocopy normally?
