printer offline - G7020

I have a canon g7020.  have been having problems with it saying it's offline.  Like this morning.....printed about 10 items..now all of a sudden it says "printer is offline"  why does this keep happening?

Please try disabling the IPV6 setting on your printer using the steps HERE.

I have the same printer and problem. Did you ever get it solved? What did you do to solve it? This is frustrating. I download the driver, and go through the set up steps, and can even print out a test sheet. But then when I go to print something, it says that the printer is offline. Thanks
