We have not had this printer very long at all. Now most of the time we try to print, the printing starts to low on the paper so that some of the printing is lost. does anyone know why this is happening and a solution? As it turns out, when using the back feed it works fine, but when printing from the bottom it is like it starts early as if there is no margin set. thanks
