pixma g7020 leaving marks on the paper (not ink marks)

Please take a look on the picture below, this only happens when i use stick paper which is thicker than regular paper.

How do i fix this? Is there a way to configure the printer for a thicker paper?

You can try turning on the paper abrasion setting on the printer. Please click HERE and scroll down for the steps.
