pixma TS5320 not printing at all

My Canon TS5320 will not print at all. The ink cartridges are new & full, it goes through all of the motions and the paper even comes out but nothing is on it. I've performed nozzle checks and cleanings several times, but still nothing prints. Any suggested fixes would be greatly appreciated!

Hi sidca1400!

Thanks Mike.

I'm running Windows 10, and the issue (printing blank pages) happens when I print from Word and Excel.

Hi,

When you performed the nozzle check, did a grid appear above the color bars?

We look forward to your reply.

Hi Arthur,

Nothing appeared when I performed the nozzle checks. There was no grid or color bars. That is, the nozzle checks spit out blank pages.

Hi,

If nothing prints after multiple cleanings, then the printer would require service.

If the printer is in it's 1 year warranty, I recommend reaching out to Canon support for your warranty options. You will need to register your Canon gear HERE to access additional support options.

If the printer is out of warranty, you would qualify for the Canon Upgrade program. This is for out of warranty units which have been diagnosed to require service or are incompatible with a new or upgraded system. This program allows you the opportunity to purchase a replacement product discounted from the list price. Free ground shipping is included with your purchase.

If you would like to take advantage of this offer, please call our Sales Department at (866) 443-8002 Mon-Sat, 9 AM to 9pm EST excluding holidays.
