Hi edj, and thanks for that information.

The first step to take with any print quality issue is to perform a nozzle check.  Instructions can be found HERE.

There should be a black grid pattern at the top, and several color bars below that.  If the grid or any of the color bars do not appear, further cleanings may be necessary.

I try to avoid deep cleanings until absolutely necessary, because they consume extra ink.  There is, however, a technique I've found that can clear many stubborn clogs.

1.  Run two deep cleanings in a row (do not perform a nozzle check afterward.)

2.  Leave printer powered on overnight.

3.  Perform a standard cleaning the following day.

The ink from the deep cleanings act as a solvent on the clog, allowing it to be cleared the next day.

Thanks and have a great day!

I am using win 10 and connect by wifi.  I can't even copy a domument using the mx 722.  Only get a blank page for any action whether I am printing from the computer or the mx722.  This just happened without any warning or error messages.  Have tried cleaning and deepcleaning and realignment with no results.  The scan function works ok.

Thr black 250 PGBK was clogged and had to be replaced.  The cleaning didn't remove the clog however the attempted cleaning is the correct approach before replacing.
