Your PIXMA MX922 will default to the COPY mode screen, but should change when another mode is selected. If pressing another mode button does not change the screen, try resetting the printer.
You may be able to reset the function and resolve the issue by performing the following:
1. Unplug printer from the electrical outlet.
2. Hold down the power button for 60 seconds.
3. Plug it back in.
4. Power it back on.
