ix6820 informed that ink was low, after replacing inks I can't print.

ix6820 informed that ink was low, after replacing inks checking supply level says that "level is unknown" and I get a blinking resume light. I can't print. Pressing the resume light doesn't seem to reset the machine. I'm stuck.

Hi,

Could you please reply with the information that is on the ink cartridges( ink number, where the cartridge was made, etc). 

Also, I recommend performing a reset of the printer. While the printer is on, unplug the power cord from the printer. While the power is off, press the power button 5 times. After 60 seconds plug the power cord back in and power on the printer.

The problem corrected itself. I don't know how. I am using genuine Canon inks. 250 and 251
