ip4920 give 12 amber flashes.

I have an IP4920 which is gives 12 amber flashes when turned on.  Just keeps repeating the 12 alternation Grenn and Amber flashes.  Troubleshooting says, "Cannot print the contents on CREATIVE PARK PREMIUM." 

I have no idea what that is and I am not using it.

Mine is flashing 10 times which also has something to do with wrong paper type but I don't have any paper loaded so the error message is completely erroneous.
