I have just changed printers. I cannot see how to print a reg doc from my computer. I get the message "Printer Not Responding". I have been able to print my Quickbook invoices; now I cannot. I have a MX 922 printer. I am using a PC computer with the Windows XP program.

So that we can provide the most accurate troubleshooting steps, please let us know whether the printer is being used via a USB connection or if you have it connected wirelessly to your computer.
