I'm using a new Toshiba Laptop with OS Windows 8.1
I got a message saying there was a paper jam but there is not a paper jam as far as I can tell. I tried turning power off - pushing all kinds of buttons but all I get when the power comes back on is the printer cariage runs once back and forth and then two short beeps and then the orange error triangle and the power button blinks.
Anyone here to help?
