I'm using a new Toshiba Laptop with OS Windows 8.1 I got a message saying there was a paper jam but there is not a paper jam as far as I can tell.  I tried turning power off - pushing all kinds of buttons but all I get when the power comes back on is...

my canon mx532 has stopped working and I have an error 5100 message with text that says I have a paper jam.  I can't see a paper jam unless it's hidden.  I used a flashlight to look inside and I can't see any sign of a paperjam.  All I get now is two...
