my canon mx532 has stopped working and I have an error 5100 message with text that says I have a paper jam. I can't see a paper jam unless it's hidden. I used a flashlight to look inside and I can't see any sign of a paperjam. All I get now is two beeps and an error message and the printer shuts down. Can I fix this?
