how can I reset our MG7120 to scan to a laptop on the network?

We loave our MG7120.  It was previously set to scan to a laptop on our network.  Now the only option is scan via USB.  How can we reset it to scan directly to a laptop, and can it retain multiple laptops for selection when scanning is done by diferent people?
