connection issues

mg3520 pixma, all in one ink jet, trying to connect to print and it has 2 lights flashing triangle with bolt and the bk button, unplugged reboot still same, not sure whats issue it was working now not, does this printer need specific network to connect to? need help

Hi,

Please click HERE to see what a 2 flash error code means and steps to try and resolve it. Also, a light by the BK means the printer is detecting low Black ink. 

If the issue is not resolved, the printer would need to be replaced. If the printer is outside of it's 1 year warranty, you would qualify for the Canon Upgrade program. This is for out of warranty units which have been diagnosed to require service or are incompatible with a new or upgraded system. This program allows you the opportunity to purchase a replacement product discounted from the list price. Free ground shipping is included with your purchase.
