I keep getting an error message on my MX922 when I am trying to print that says there is no paper in top tray but I am using the bottom tray for regular paper and there is paper in there

Please advice

Hello.

 

Check the settings for the printer in the print menu of your software.  Make sure that the correct paper size and type before printing.  You can also specify which paper source is used for the print job.

 

If you need help with locating the settings, tell us what version of Windows or Mac OSX is on your computer.
