MG3022 paper jam

My printer is flashing yellow. The troubleshooting guide suggest a paper jam, but there is no paper in the printer. It's still reporting a  jam, though. How do I fix this? The printer is connected via usb on a Windows 7 PC.

mp250 print problem.
