PIXMA MG3620 - inferior ink capacity

Canon printer MG3620

April 5, 2024:  Bought cartidges PG 240XL and CL 241XL

I just print X-word puzzles in black only PRESET DRAFT mode.

3 puzzles per week  Apr thru Sept.  7 months X 4 weeks = 24 weeks X 3 puzzles = 72 printouts.

Plus approx 15 pages of draft documets - ALSO PRESET DRAFT BLACK MODE.

SO around 90 printed pages in all. 
(no color, no photos, no graphics… just x-word puzzles

Problem: this extra capacity, more expensive  black ink cartredge is ALREADY LOW.

What should I do about this?

Once logged in, click on your PIXMA MG3620 and then click on the Product Support button. When that page loads, click on either the Phone Support button or the Chat Support button to access support. A Technical Support Representative can determine the cause of the issue you are experiencing with your XL black ink.

No.

I registered the printer in MyCanon. Could not find any support offering phone or chat. Clicked on MyAccount name and it said I didn't have any products registered. 

I appreciate your patience.

I still have not received any response of how to navigate your support sight.
See above. Registered printer. Tried to find links to Phone or Chat support, but couldn't.
Tried starting over following instructions from Patrick.  It again asked me to register a product so I am just going in circles.
Very frustrating.
