Why cant I receive a fax with a PIXMA TR4722.

i cant reveive a fax with this printer, why is that? it has not been working for me what am i doing wrong? how do i reveive the fax, when i hear a dial should i answer the phone, or just push the start button on the printer?

also how would i accept the fax?

Hi cuellarerick,

First, please make sure that the phone cord is connected directly from the wall jack to the back of your PIXMA TR4722, using the jack labeled LINE.
