Which is the correct ink cartridge for Canon PIXMA iP7250 is it the one showing XL or the other one?

All four colours for the PIXMA iP7250 show two types (screenshot) can someone please advise which one I should get?

All of these listed ink tanks are compatiable. The XL tank holds a bit more ink so you get more prints out of the cartridge.
