Dear,
I have new printer PIXMA MG2400, it was working normal and during printing suddenly the printer stopped and the green power light on printer was flashing and error apper as "cannot communicate with the printer" and under this text "Open the printer queue and uncheck pause printing in the printer manu"
1. i emptey the queue and start again but same massage
2. i restart the laptop and the printer but the same massage
3. i reinstall the printer software dirver bur still the same massage
4. i checked the bidirectional on ports tab and was checked
5. i have tried the scanner and was working normaly
6. i'm using windows 7
Kindly, i need your help to eliminate this problem
