Vertical Stripes

I'm having a printing problem- brand new PIXMAiX6580, stripes in the last quarter of my prints on

 Pro paper Premium Matte when printed from Lightroom, the printer heads are cleaned and aligned - as I said the printer is brand new I haven't printed 30 prints so far

I just found out it's call "Banding" - is it a setting problem? some people say "only print from LR" but I read to get rid of this you need to print from the printer. If so what are the printer settings for Canon Pro Premium Matte paper?
