NEW imageprograf PRO-310 printer printing vert. lines

I’m a little desperate here because I have orders that need to go out. I just set this new printer up and it’s printing subtle vertical lines that should not be there. I switched from a 300 model and am using the same settings.  

OH!! Would this be related?? I first chose Pro Luster paper but the printer didn’t believe me and switched my choice to Pro Platinum. Just experimented by loading matte paper and the printer AGAIN switched my choice to Pro Platinum. ???????  And is still printing the lines. OMG
